CarboNEX 2025: Women Entrepreneurs in Climate

At CarboNEX 2025, our Chairperson, Ratna Kartadjoemena, shared her insights on the topic “Women Entrepreneurs in Climate: Driving Innovation, Impact, and Change.”

In a session featuring Melissa A. Hamid (Chair of HIPMI Womenpreneur), Sabta Elisa (CEO of PT Era Sinergi Guna), and Lia Novitasari, Ratna emphasized the crucial role of women entrepreneurs in leading sustainable innovation and driving real impact. Drawing from her experiences at Paloma Sjahrir Foundation and Potato Head, she highlighted how bold leadership and a clear commitment make sustainable businesses not only possible but powerful agents of change. Women’s participation in climate action is essential to bring broader perspectives, foster innovation, and accelerate lasting transformation.

CarboNEX 2025 is a series of events organized by TruCarbon in collaboration with IDXCarbon, designed to build shared understanding across government, business, and civil society on carbon emissions management, carbon trading, and the transition toward a green economy.

Thank you to CarboNEX 2025 for the opportunity, and to all participants who continue to move the conversation—and action—forward.
